Many important items have gradually been formed, including:
1. Operation house: This project is being urgently constructed, promising to become the main management and operation center of the urban area.
2. Ben Luc river branch road: The road system has been completed, helping to conveniently connect the project area and key traffic routes in the area, creating easy travel conditions for future residents.
3. Tree planting and greening work: A series of trees, including many ancient trees, have been transferred from the investor's nursery to the project area. In particular, Eco Retreat Long An owns up to 4 million trees, becoming the urban area with the largest density of trees in the Southern region.
4. Small utility clusters: Many internal utilities have been deployed and gradually become present, bringing the first amenities to future residents.
5. Sale Gallery: designed according to a unique concept, inspired by the canopy of ancient trees in the forest, bringing a close and impressive experience to customers. - February 25, 2025: Project launch (Kick off).
- March 2025: Phase 1 sales.
